However, neither the NWLDEF, nor the attorneys working on the NWLDEF's staff represent you unless you have signed a formal written representation agreement. There is no charge for having an attorney from the NWLDEF review this confidential submission.

The National Whistleblower Center (NWC) is independent from the NWLDEF. If we cannot help you, a copy of the NWC’s Whistleblower Legal Assistance Directory will be sent to you upon request. The directory lists attorneys located throughout the U.S. who have expressed an interest in representing whistleblowers. Neither the NWLDEF nor the NWC endorses or recommends any of the attorneys listed in the directory. The directory is offered as a free pro bono service.
